Directions |

Take 2 capsules in
the morning, and 2 with lunch, with a
glass of water, with or without food, not
more often than every 3-4 hours. 2
capsules (1 serving) contain 200 mg of
caffeine, as much caffeine as 2 cups of
coffee. For stimulant-sensitive
individuals: take 1 capsule in the
morning, and 1 with lunch, with a glass of
water. |
